I’m just a gal that likes to cook. I’m a working mom and head cook for our competitive BBQ team, SmellaQue. We travel and cook across North America. Our success as a BBQ team has enabled invitations to cook at the American Royal World Series of BBQ, Jack Daniels World Championship BBQ and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest. The opportunity to cook and the journey to learn along the way is incredible. For these experiences, I am so grateful.
